An American bolldozer drags medical supplies through mud

Bad weather has turned this supply dump into a quagmire. Note the lack of leaves on the trees, putting this photo in the winter of 1944 / 45.

The bulldozer is a Caterpillar D7, later versions of which are still manufactured today.
