Canadian medics transport a wounded comrade on a jeep.

Chaplain Major John W. Forth steadies the wounded soldier on top of the jeep assisted by another medic. The jeep carries the mapel leaf insignia of the 1st Canadian army. The white 64 on a black square signifies a jeep ambulance of the Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa, 3rd Canadian infantry division. The other markings signify the LCT that transported the jeep to France from the UK and the assembly area that the unit used before emabarkation.
