Defensive position Wn 10.


Wn 10 was location in the Dunes at Varreville and housed a PaK 36(t) 47mm anti tank gun. This was an anti-tank cannon produced by the famed Škoda weapons manufacturer. It was prevalently placed in concrete bunkers in strategic positions around Czechoslovakia's Border Defenses. After the German occupation of Czechoslovakia, they were removed from Czech defensive positions and used in Panzerjäger I tank hunters, and then later placed in fixed positions once more along the Atlantic Wall.
