This FuMO 214 Würzburg-Riese system was one of a number of systems installed at this site, common German practice as the characteristics of different systems allowed the Germans to have a complete picture of the area at all altitudes. This site was designated Stützpunkt 42, and was operated by 2./Funkmess-Abteilung.

This particular system has been seriously damaged, possibly by a German demolition charge as the Germans pulled out of the site.
