Lineup of German POW's with American MP's

A line of German POW's watches with interest as three American soldiers, two of them MP's inspect what may be their personal belongings. A pair of longjohns (Wehrmacht issue ?) seem to be a particular source of amusement.

The American's unit patches have been partially removed from the negative by the censor, but the MP's may belong to the 79th Infantry division.

The MP's may be Cpl Joseph Danner of Harford. Connecticut and of Sgt Bruno Skocnanski of Newark. N-J, in a prison camp to 2 miles from Cherbourg.
