Corporal McAllister (of Hamilton, Ontario) who was credited with the capture of 160 Germans around St. Lambert sur Dive poses on a captured 88mm gun. He is holding a Luger P08 pistol possibly liberated from one of the captives. Lugers were one of the most sought after souvenirs, and could be bartered for any number of items.
