Sherman of the Sherbrooke Fusiliers enters Caen

Sherman tank of the Sherbrooke Fusiliers, 27th Armoured Regiment, 2nd Canadian Armoured Brigade (Independent) enters Caen from the direction of Maladrerie on the north-west corner of the city.

This particular vehicle judging by the extra radio antenna could belong to a forward observer of the brigades attached artillery which was the 3rd Field Regiment (SP)
