Troops of the 3rd Canadian Infantry Division come ashore on Juno Beach in the afternoon of June the 6th. To the right is beached LCT Mk 3 474 of 11th LCT Flotilla, NR Squadron, J2 force.

In the background can be seen the church spire of Bernières-sur-Mer church and the much photgraphed "Denise and Roger" villa.
